Payments & Returns


We currently do not refund any goods, however we do provide an exchange service. For any queries please email us on the following: contact@avenirapparel.co.uk

You can exchange items for a different size or colour but the item must have been received back by Avenir before 14 days from making the original purchase. All goods will be inspected on return. Please return all products in original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Price fluctuations can occur in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

If the Products were delivered to You, You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. Unless the Products are faulty or not as described, You will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products to us.
